Base Class: Wizard
Studying the fabric of the cosmos and its harmony and dissonance those in the school of harmonics can cause their spells to resonate with their targets or to cause dissonance within them.
Student of Harmonics
Starting at 2nd level, the cost associated with copying spells into your spellbook is cut in half. In addition, the diagrams, ratios and coordinates which compose your spell formulae are a mystery to those who have not studied the school of harmonics. You may use your book as a spellcasting focus.
Arcane Resonance
Starting at 2nd level, whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher you gain a point of Harmony equal to the spells level to a maximum of 12. You may also as a bonus action on your turn sacrifice a spell slot and gain Harmony points equal to half that spells level rounded up (minimum of 1). These points are lost upon a long rest. You may spend a number of harmony points equal to the spells level to cast it at one level higher (maximum of 9th level, ex: spend one point to cast a 1st level spell at level 2 without expending a 2nd level spell slot).
Arcane Reverberance
Starting at 6th level, you may spend 3 Harmony points to cause a concentration spells effects to last without your concentration. The spell remains in effect for half of its remaining time but you don't have to maintain concentration on it. You may then spend one Harmony point to concentrate on it once again, for the remaining time left.
Arcane Dissonance
Beginning at 10th level, you can cause your spell to create dissonance with their casts. You can spend 3 harmony points to impose disadvantage on saving throws to resist/avoid your spells effects.
Lasting Reverberations
At 14th level, you can spend the amount of harmony points equal to the spells level to require no concentration on it. This is limited to only one spell at a time.
