Base Class: Bard
Followers of the College of Enchantment are obsessed by either control or affection of others. Their words can move the hearts of even the most stoic kings and create doubt in the mind of the mightiest dragons.
Silver Tongue
You are a master at saying the right thing at the right time. When you make a Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Deception) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Unsettling Words
You can spin words laced with magic that unsettle a creature and cause it to doubt itself. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. Roll the Bardic Inspiration die. The creature must subtract the number rolled from the next saving throw it makes before the start of your next turn.
Mantle of Majesty
At 6th level, you gain the ability to cloak yourself in a fey magic that makes others want to serve you. As a bonus action, you cast command, without expending a spell slot, and you take on an appearance of unearthly beauty for 1 minute or until your concentration ends (as if you were concentrating on a spell). During this time, you can cast command as a bonus action on each of your turns, without expending a spell slot.
Any creature charmed by you automatically fails its saving throw against the command you cast with this feature.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Improved Enchantment
Starting at 14th level, when you cast an enchantment spell of 1st level or higher that targets one or more creatures, you can have it target an additional creature. Additionally, you gain the ability to make a creature unaware of your magical influence on it. When you cast an enchantment spell to affect one or more creatures, you can alter a creature’s understanding so that it remains unaware of being charmed or affected by magic. The target rationalizes any illogical outcomes from being enchanted. For example, a target forced to fall prone with laughter might think you told the funniest joke it ever heard. A target immune to being charmed is also immune to this memory altering effect.
