Pick Out Deception

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you develop a talent for telling when people are lying. Every time you make an Insight check to determine whether a creature is lying, you can treat a roll of 7 or lower on a d20 as an 8.

Keen Eye of Perception

Starting when you reach 3rd level, on your turn, you can use your bonus action to make a Perception check to try to spot a hidden creature or object or to make an Investigation check to uncover or decipher a clue.

Combative Information

At 3rd level, you gain the ability to read your opponents opponent’s tactics to develop a counter to them. As a bonus action on your turn, you can make an Insight check against a creature you can see (as long as it isn’t incapacitated), contested by a Deception check from the target. If you are successful, you can use your Sneak Attack against that target any time as long as you don't have disadvantage on it.

This effect lasts for 1 minute or until you use this feature successfully against a different target.

Level Head, Level Eye

Starting at 9th level, you have advantage on all Perception checks and Investigation checks you make if you move no more than half your speed on the same turn.

Vision Without Errors

Beginning upon reaching 13th level, your senses are so honed that they are almost impossible to dupe. As your action on your turn, you can sense the presence of illusions, shapeshifters who are not in their base form, and other magic which deceives the senses within a range of 30 ft. of you, as long as you aren’t blinded or deafened. You can use this feature {{modifier:int@min:1#unsigned}} times per long rest. You can only sense that an effect is trying to trick you, but you gain no insight into what it is hiding or into the true nature of the thing.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (with a minimum of once), and you regain all of your expended uses of it upon finishing a long rest.

Find The Weak Points

At 17th level, you learn how to manipulate a creature’s weak points by observing how it acts and moves. While your Combative Information feature is active against a creature, your get an extra 3d6 of Sneak Attack damage against that creature.
