Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Rageblade barbarians turn away from wild anger, choosing instead to practice focus. Turning raw emotion into brutal weapons, Rageblades are the epitome of discipline and skill. The fire of a Rageblade’s sword is enough to send intelligent enemies running, and to put those that are less so in a fearful stupor.

Rageblade

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your weapons are empowered with crimson flame while you rage. For the duration of your rage, melee weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 fire damage. Whenever you deal damage to a creature this way, it must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to your strength. On a failure, the creature is frightened of you, and each of its turns, the frightened creature must move away from you by the safest and shortest available route, unless there is nowhere to move. If the creature moves to a place at least 60 feet away from you where it can no longer see you, this effect ends. The damage dealt by this ability increases based on your level, to 2d4 at 4th level, 3d4 at 8th level, 5d4 at 14th level, and 7d4 at 18th level.

Suppressed Hate

At 3rd level, you have learned to suppress your rage when necessary. If your rage would end early, you may chose to continue it. If you do so, you must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw, or take 2d6 necrotic damage. Each time you use this ability, the DC increases by 5.

Unleash

At 6th level, you can unleash your rage to devastating effect. When you take the attack action while raging, you may choose to unleash your rage. When you do so, you take two additional attacks. Until the end of your turn, your melee weapon attacks ignore immunities and resistances. Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.

Unbridled Fury

Starting at 10th level, you can access your Rageblade even when you aren’t raging. When you chose to do so, the effect of your Rageblade lasts until the start of your next turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses at the end of a long rest.

Hunt The Fearful

You have advantage on melee attack rolls against frightened creatures.
