Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Instanity learn to use music mess with peoples minds and break them.
Craze
Starting at 3rd level you learn how to tangle someones mind.
You can as a bonus action expend a use of inpiration to force a creature within 60ft to make a wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. On a fail the target's mind is wrecked with insanity. At the start of it's next turn it needs to roll on the insanity table.
1-2 The target uses its action to make a melee attack against itself.
3-4 The target is incapacitated until the start of it's next turn and it start's cackling uncontrollably.
5-6 The target uses it's action to move up to half it's speed and attack a random target.
7-8 For the next minute the target treats every creature it sees as an enemy. It makes a wisdom saving throw at the end of it turns ending the effect on a success.
9-10 The target can take it's turn as normal.
Crazed Inspiration.
Starting at 3rd level you can give your allies a small burst of controlled insanity
Once per short rest you can use an action to grant a number of creatures equal to 1+ your Charisma modifier within 30ft of you a Bardic Inspiration without using one, however when a creature uses this Inspiration they have a 50 percent chance to need to roll on the Insanity table.
Increased Manipulation
Starting at 6th level when you cast a spell of the enchantment or illusion school you can choose to enhance it in one of two ways:
- You can target additional creatures up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1)
- You can reduce saving throws against the spell by 1 roll of your Bardic Inspiration dice.
Control of Insanity
Starting at 14th level you have acquired more control over your messing with minds.
When a creature rolls on the insanity table it rolls a second time and you choose the outcome.
