Wispweaver

You harness the magic of the air to create a Cloud mount. The Cloud acts during your turn. It can move on its own, but the only action it takes is the Dodge action unless you use a bonus action on your turn to command it to take another action. That action can be one in its stat block or the hide action. You can expend your reaction to have the Cloud use one of its reaction abilities, the cloud cannot use its reaction otherwise.

Cloudweave

Speed 40 ft. hover

Whispy Movements - The Cloud cannot be damaged by normal attacks or magic. If a special effect such as a strong gust of wind or explosion would disperse the cloud, it reappears in its previous location at the start of your next turn. The Cloud can occupy the space of other creatures.

Attach - If the Cloud is occupying your space it attaches to your body. While attached the cloud moves with you and you gain a hover speed equal to your walking speed plus 20 ft.

Actions

Obfuscate - While the cloud is in the space of another creature you have advantage on your first attack roll against that creature.

Cover - While the Cloudweave is attached to you, you can add 2 to your AC until the start of your next turn.

Carry -  While occupying the space of a willing creature, the Cloudweave can drag that creature using the drag and carry rules. The creature hovers while being moved.

Reactions

Rescue - When a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 40 feet of your Cloudweave, you can use your reaction to add 2 to the target's AC. If the attack misses, you can move the target up to 10 feet in a direction of your choice.

Recall - While the Cloudweave is not attached to you, you can use your reaction to recall your Cloudweave to your body.
