Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Sandbaggers are experts in the art of hiding in plain sight. They shun the shadows, preferring to stay out in the open and live a commoner's life. Nobody is more invisible to a noble's eyes than their elderly maid; no one suspects the farm hand to stab them in the back.

Inconspicuous

Starting at 3rd Level when you select this feature, you gain advantage on Deception checks made to appear as a commoner. For example, pretending to be a simple maid or employee in a noble's house, or a villager escorted by an adventuring party.
You also learn the Disguise Self spell and may cast it without expanding a spell slot as long as you only change your clothing's appearance, otherwise you may only cast it once per long rest.

Hidden in plain sight

At 3rd level, you may hide as a bonus action as long as you haven't attacked yet using a Deception (Charisma) check. If successful, you hide by appearing as a non dangerous or unimportant target. You gain advantage on attack rolls and your next sneak attack deals an additional 2d6 damage and frightens the target unless it is immune to fear. You have advantage on attack rolls and your sneak attacks deal an additional 2d6 damage against a target feared this way.
The target can make a Wisdow saving throw (DC 8 + Your charisma modifier + Your proficiency bonus) at the end of each of its turns to shake off the effect.

Master of Seeming

At 9th level, you mastered the art of seeming. When you make a Deception (Charisma) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 11 or lower as a 12.

Feint Weakness

At 13th level, you can make your enemies underestimate your combat prowess. Whenever you are hit by an attack roll, you can use your reaction to halve the damage taken and pretend to have suffered a fatal wound. You can then choose to make your next attack roll as if under the Hidden in plain sight feature. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest.

Clean Work

At 17th level, your strikes become deadly. Whenever you make an attack while hidden in plain sight or against a target you feared, you score a critical hit.
