Base Class: Paladin
The Oath of Moderation binds a paladin to the community she moderates. Those who take on this mantle dedicate themselves to serving their community and, in particular, the rules that hold the community together. These paladins are the watchful guardians in the channels, standing against the chaotic tides of inappropriate comments, copyright infringement, and sass that threaten to tear down all that her community has built. Paladins who follow this path are known as moderators.
TENETS OF MODERATION
The tenets of the Oath of Moderation compel a paladin to walk a fine line between coaching and coaxing.
Peace. Violence is a weapon of last resort. Diplomacy and understanding are the paths to building a strong community.
Patience. Change takes time. Those who have walked the path of the wicked must be given reminders to keep them honest and true.
Responsibility. Each is responsible for fulfilling their duties and obligations to the community, and each must deal with the consequences of their actions. You are that consequence.
Courage. You must be willing to do what needs to be done for the sake of order, even in the face of overwhelming odds. If you don’t act, then who will?

You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed.

Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following Channel Divinity options.
Redact. You can use your Channel Divinity to redact the flow of events. As a reaction to an action that you can see within 60 of you, you can attempt to redact it. The creature performing the action must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, you get to redact the action. You may choose to completely negate the action. If it is an attack or spell, you may choose (a) different target(s). If it is an ability check, you may cause the target to fail.
Shout out to... You can use your Channel Divinity to surprise your opponents. As an action, you can shout out to your favourite Demon Lord. Each hostile creature within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw if it can hear you. Demons have advantage on this saving throw. On a failed save, a creature becomes surprised by the audacity of invoking such a powerful evil. This condition lasts until the start of the creature's next turn.
Aura of Enforcement (a.k.a. Mod's Gaze)
Starting at 7th level, you constantly emanate an aura of scrutiny while you’re not incapacitated. The aura extends 10 feet from you in every direction, but not through total cover.
Everyone in the area feels a sense of obedience at all times. Any rolls for actions that would go against the rules of the community the paladin serves, are made with disadvantage. For example:
- Melee attacking a prone creature, attacking a blinded, restrained or incapacitated creature, or attacking a creature that has clearly yielded in combat.
- ...
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Sacrifice for the wicked
Starting at 15th level, when you slay a creature, as a bonus action, you can sacrifice its soul to your favourite demon lord. Your favourite demon lord rewards you with an instantaneous short rest.
Administrator
At 20th level, you gain extraordinary powers. As an action, you can become one with the fabric of reality, becoming invisible, undetectable by anything short of a Wish spell, and immune to all damage. These effects end when you attack, cast a spell, or force a creature to make a saving throw.
