Base Class: Bard
While most bardic colleges focus on music and storytelling, this college focus' on the art of fine dinign and superior cooking techniques. Come and embrace all that you can be in the culinary world. Thsi subclass focuses on using the a chefs skill with a knife and the knowledge of how plants, meat and flesh work together to allow boost to their magical power and creat truly reality bending dishes.
Let the Knife do the Work.
When you take this subclass at 3rd level you gain proficiency in a special instrument called “chef’s knife” this can be used as a spellcasting focus. This knife is considered a standard dagger and can be wielded as such. When you reach 6th level the chef knife becomes magical and deals 1d6+dex in damage instead of 1d4.
Superior knife skills: when you cast an AOE spell with the knife, you can exclude yourself from the affects of the spell of you are in the area
you also learn the spell create food and water and can cast it at will.
Cut Em Up
As a bonus action, when wielding your chef knife you can target a creature within 10ft of you. Roll an inspiration die and then subtract half the total (rounded down) from the targets ac. The targets ac resets at the start of their turn.
Top Chef
You gain expertise in your checks with your chef's knife
Once per short rest. You can use your chef's knife to create a delicious meal for your party. make a chef's knife check the number of the roll deterimes the affect
1-10: the part gains 1d8 temporary hit points for 8 hours
10-25: the party gains 2d10 temporary hit points for 8 hours
25+: the party gains the benfits of a long rest
once you use the ability you cannot do so again until after a long rest.
Master Chef
You have succedded in becoming in mastering your culinary skills. The range on Cut EM up increases to 30ft.
You're cooking skills are so impressive that you can captivate audiences everywhere. You can use your action to target creatures up to your proficency bonus. Each of those creatures must make a wis save against your spell save DC. On a failure the target becomes stunned until the start of your next turn. You can use this feature as many times equal to your proficency bonus.
