Base Class: Monk
An oath of a monk is of self perfection, these monks are on a path many consider too dark to even consider going down. The few that follow the way of Umbral Stalker are either often at an end with their life, either literally or not. These monks are quite rare, they often embrace the dark or use it to fight the darkness.
The shadow fist arts
Your deathly strikes are similar to those who are eternally cold. You grow fangs similar to those who eternally thirst for blood.
Add 5 to your movement speed.
Your can 1d4 necrotic damage to your unarmed strikes and monk weapon attacks by spending 1 KI point.
When you land a 16 or higher you also gain temp HP equal to the necrotic damage done and your speed increases by 5 for three turns.
Your shadow fist scales with your level in this class.
Every time your martial arts dice increase, you add a d4 to the extra damage and the speed bonus increases by 5.
Subtract half of your proficiency bonus rounded down to your DC for these effects to happen.
Bite
You can bite with your fangs. Is an unarmed strike that does piercing damage.
Health of the Dead
You do not need to sleep, rather you need 4 hours of light activity or meditation for a long rest. Your reflection does not appear anymore, as well as you gain the vitality of the dead. You gain magical dark vision and you aren't affected by magical aging effects and you no longer age.
Increase your constitution score by +2
You may use a hit dice as a reaction to taking damage. You may spend 1 key point to add a number of hit dice equal to half your profiency bonus or spend 2 to add a number of hit dice equal to your profiency bonus.
You gain advantage on death saves, initiative and weapon attacks while below half of your maximum health.
Art of transformation
You may spend 2 Ki points and your action to transform into other creatures starting at level 11.
Choose 2 beasts or monstrosities to be able to turn into along with the bat, this upgrades to a Giant bat at 14.
These transformations have to be equal to half of your level or less.
Art of the Super Natural
You gain three abilities that all require Ki points
Speed Of the Night
You may spend 5 Ki points to Double your speed, advantage on every thing that involves a d20, and opportunity attacks always miss on you. You can do this once per long rest or spend 3 more Ki points each time you use this ability.
Psychic Explosion
You may spend 5 Ki points to release an explosion of psychic energy around you 35 feet in every direction. This attack does irresistible psychic damage in the area of 6d12. You may add 1 d12 per 1 Ki point spent added to the damage. You must finish a long rest of meditation before you can do this again. All chosen targets have to roll a wisdom save and beat the the damage + your monk save DC to pass. Failed saves result in the stunned condition and take additional psychic damage equal to your level.
Mark of Blood
You can spend 5 Ki points and your bonus action, you can mark a target. Your marked target has disadvantage to any negative effect you put on them and you gain a +5 on attack roles and survival roles to track them. Your unarmed strikes do double the damage to your target and this damage can't be reduced in anyway. You gain an additional plus 15 movement while moving towards your target and you can see them. If you kill your target you heal half of your maximum health and over flows into temp HP if need be. You may use this three times per long rest.
