Path of Battle Harmony

A warrior empowered by the song of battle. They churn through the battlefield growing in strength and ferocity as they match the cadence of the conflict ahead of them. When they enter a rage, they connect with the tempo of the battle, finding a harmony with both their allies and their enemies. Path of Battle Harmony Barbarians are the raging response to the chaos of combat, finding the rhythm of war and striking with terrifying ferocity.

Battle Rhythm

3rd-level Path of Battle Harmony feature

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can match the rhythm of the battle, allowing you to follow the cadence of combat and strike true. 

You gain the reaction "Adagio." While you’re raging on your turn, you can hold your turn as a reaction triggered once you take damage by a target against a target within range. When triggering this reaction, you gain advantage on your attacks.

Tempo Change

6th-level Path of Battle Harmony feature

Starting at 6th level, you have learned how to increase the tempo of the battle harmony as your your connection to the rhythm of battle can allow you to heighten the tempo at the risk of greater danger.

You gain the feature "Crescendo." If you land a number of hits equal to your proficiency bonus with Adagio in a row without missing, you gain the effects of the Haste for a number of turns equal to your proficiency bonus, but lose your damage resistance from raging. This can trigger during your turn, allowing you to take another action. It is not a spell, and therefore cannot be dispelled. You cannot benefit from another spell or feature with the same effect while Crescendo is active.

You suffer the usual lethargy associated with Haste once Crescendo ends or you miss a strike. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, resetting after a long rest

Chorus of Strife

10th-level Path of Battle Harmony feature

Your presence can inspire the Chorus of Strife in others, joining in the Battle Harmony.

Once per short rest as you enter your Crescendo while raging, your Battle Harmony empowers all allies within 60 feet of you that can hear you and gain advantage on attack rolls until your Crescendo feature ends.

Champion of Battle Harmony

14th-level Path of Battle Harmony feature

The eternal song of battle can allow you to stand against the tides of fate.

While you’re raging, you are not impleaded by difficult terrain

If you entering into a Battle Rhythm (Adagio or Crescendo), you gain the effects of Haste until your rage ends and your Chorus of Strife can impart the effects of Haste on all allies within 60 feet for 1 round. They do not suffer lethargy after the effect ends.
