Base Class: Bard
Bards at their very heart play on the emotions of others, using their abilities to bend those emotions to their wills. For most bards, this barely brushes the depths of emotion, but Bards of the College Of Emotion are different. They choose one emotion and focus on it entirely. Learning to plumb the depths of their own emotion and cause powerful effects in that emotion on others. This leads to highly specialised skill sets that can, when employed correctly, have devastating effects.
Bards specialising in the Emotion of Anger can tap into the primal, burning, driving, and often brutal power that the emotion gives. They use this power to empower themselves or their allies in combat, or to really throw their targets off guard in social situations. These bards tend to be hot headed, impulsive, and brash. Those that believe in justice often believe that it comes at the point of the sword of the strongest, and music they create tends to be heavy and hot, reverberating with the most deep and primal parts of the listener's soul.
Emotion Spells (3rd Level)
When you choose this subclass at 3rd level, you gain access to a list of spells based on the emotion you chose. You gain one spell at 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th levels.
Once you gain access to an emotion spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. If you gain access to a spell that doesn’t appear on the bard spell list, the spell is nonetheless a bard spell for you.

The heat of your anger is enough to overcome any resistance. When you deal fire damage to a creature, if it had resistance to fire damage, it does not against your fire damage. Whenever successfully hit a creature with a spell of 1st Level or higher which deals fire damage, you may immediately make a melee weapon attack or unarmed strike against a creature you can see within the reach of the chosen weapon.
