Base Class: Bard
Courtesans and paramours alike master the art of both oral and musical seduction within The College of Desire. As opposed to the harmless persuasion used by those less ostentatious, flirtation and wordplay are desirable alternatives for intentional sirens of song. These bards possess an arsenal of flattery and primal vices, using their concocted coquettishness to appeal to the sins of their audiences, or their victims.
Words of Prey
3rd-level College of Desire feature
You are a masterpiece of vocal flattery and disruption. When you make a Charisma (Deception), Charisma (Intimidation), or a Charisma (Persuasion) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Courted Vocals
3rd-level College of Desire feature
Your wicked whispers of promise enhance your allies' motivation to perform even after the show is over. When you expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration, you may opt to expend an additional die when determining an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw for the same creature. The additional die is only able to be added after a roll has been determined a success or a failure.
Once this property is used, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
The amount of uses increases in tandem with Bardic Inspiration die gained in certain levels of this class. The uses increase to 2 at 5th level, 3 at 10th level, and 4 at 15th level.
Forked Tongue
6th-level College of Desire feature
Your persuasive words and overloaded charisma become impossible to resist. You gain the ability to use the Cast a Spell action twice on your turn, but only when casting from the School of Enchantment.
Once this feature is used, it can't be used again until a long rest is taken.
Starting at 15th level, you can use it twice before a rest, but only once on the same turn.
Thorned Perfume
6th-level College of Desire feature
You have gained the ability to break the defenses of those trying to keep from your songs. As an action, choose one or more creatures within 60 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one creature). The chosen creatures must make a Charisma Saving Throw equal to 8 + your Charisma modifier and Proficiency Bonus or suffer disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks for up to 10 minutes.
During this time, the affected creature has no recollection of the ability's effect, regardless if they succeed or fail their Saving Throw.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a spell slot to use it again.
Impulsive Vices
14th-level College of Desire feature
When you successfully inspire someone, your inner pleasures reap the rewards for personal benefit. When a creature within 60 ft. of you succeeds on an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw that adds your Bardic Inspiration die, you can use your reaction to give a Bardic Inspiration die to yourself without expending any of your Bardic Inspiration uses.
You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
