Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Armored Rage

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your rage is unfettered by even the heaviest armor. While raging, you ignore any normal class restrictions on heavy armor.

Stance of the Steadfast

Your armor stabilizes your position, and your fury makes you difficult to move. Upon choosing this path at 3rd level, if you would be knocked prone or moved against your will while raging and wearing heavy armor, you are unmoved instead.

Brutal Momentum

Beginning at 6th level, you can use your momentum to your advantage when attacking, crushing your enemies with brute force. If you move at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hit with a melee attack on the same turn while raging and wearing heavy armor, you may make a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) check. If you succeed, the target is knocked prone. If the target is knocked prone this way, you may make one melee attack against it with the same weapon as a bonus action.

Protective Instinct

Upon reaching 10th level, your Feral Instinct is heightened. If you are surprised at the beginning of combat and aren't incapacitated, you may immediately (before rolling initiative) choose to enter a rage, move into a position between an ally and an enemy up to your movement speed, and make a melee attack against an enemy creature within your reach. Roll initiative normally after.

Berserker Speed

Starting at 14th level, you can choose to disregard your body's normal athletic limits while raging, unlocking terrifying and uncanny swiftness. While raging, for the duration of the rage your speed cannot be reduced, your movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity, and you may jump as if you were under the effects of the Jump spell. If you make a melee attack immediately after jumping toward a creature, that attack deals an extra 1d10 bludgeoning damage if you are wearing heavy armor plus an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet you fell from the peak of your jump, up to a maximum of 20d6. When your rage ends, you suffer a level of exhaustion for each time you jumped while raging.
