Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of The Way of the Fist have learned to balance their ki and their physical bodies to maintain martial superiority.

Physical Sacrifice

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your control over your own body allows you to sacrifice from your physical body to empower your ki. As a bonus action you can take damage equal to 1/4 your max hp (rounded up) {{maxhp/4}}, to regain half your maximum ki points (rounded up, and up to your maximum ki points). After you use this feature you cannot use it again until you take a long rest. The damage taken from this feature cannot be resisted.

Toughen Up

At 6th level, you learn to sometimes guide incoming attacks to points on your body that can withstand more damage. When you take damage from a melee weapon attack, as a reaction you may spend 1-2 ki points to reduce the damage. Roll one martial die per ki point spent, add your dexterity modifier and reduce the damage by that amount.

Honed Reflexes

Beginning at 11th level, your experience has improved your reflexes. You now have 2 reactions per round.

Focused Strike

Starting at 17th level, you've learned to use your ki and physical body together as devastating attack. Before you make a melee attack with an unarmed attack or monk weapon you may choose to perform a focused trike. Choose to spend up to 10 ki points and add 1d10 per ki point spent to your damage total. If your attack misses, you do not spend the ki points. You may use this feature once per round on your turn.

Improved Reflexes

In addition, you further hone your reflexes, giving you 3 reactions per round.
