Base Class: Monk
Monks of this order seek vengeance and judgment on those who have done them wrong. These monks dedicate themselves to dragging their opponents straight to the doorstep of gates of hell.
Chain Down The Damned
At 3rd level You have learned to channel your ki into spiked chains. When you make an attack you can throw these chains up to 60ft. The chains deal 1d6 magical piercing damage, and on a hit you can force the enemy to make a strength saving throw or be pulled towards you 30ft every round until they are 5 feet away, the only way to stop this is by you being rendered unconscious.
The range of this attack increases to 120ft at level 6, and 180ft at level 12
Additionally, you can deal fire damage instead of bludgeoning when you preform unarmed strikes, and in place of the piercing damage of your chains. This fire becomes magical at 6th level.
Fatality
The blood of your foes invigorates you. When you kill an enemy of cr 0 or greater, you can choose to mutilate their corpse. When you do this you regain an amount of hp equal to 5+your wisdom modifier+the cr of the enemy, Someone killed by this ability cannot be revived in any way short of a Wish spell, Divine Intervention, or physically traveling to the realm of the dead to drag the affected's soul out.
Inner hell
11th level
Your path of vengeance has manifested into hellfire, your head becomes a flaming skull and your insides become a factory of death. As a bonus action you can cast burning hands at 5th level a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest, or by spending 5 ki. Additionally you gain proficiency in intimidation or expertise if you already have it, and immunity to fire damage.
On the Doorstep of Hell
17th level
Those that face you stand on the brink of oblivion every second they are in your way. Every full initiative cycle in a combat encounter involving you, you gain +2 to damage rolls maxing out at +10, and a +1 to attack rolls to a maximum of +5. This extra damage is applied on top of your normal damage and cannot be reduced or negated by any means. Once you reach the maximum for this feature you gain your wisdom modifier to hp at the start of every turn, and gain resistance to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Additionally, you have advantage on intimidation checks.
