Base Class: Bard
The College of Flavour is home to bards who use the sense of taste to make their mark on and inspire the world. Whether a baker, chef, saucier, a bard that walks the path of flavour is an expert in preparing meals that have just a dash of magic to them.
Such bards are a great asset to many a party, for there are few things more certain than an adventurer's hunger. There are many reasons one may be drawn to adventuring. They may be searching for a secret mythical ingredient, wish to complete a world-class recipe book, or to explore the wonders other cultures have to offer.

Implements of the Cook
When you select this college at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Cook's Utensils, if you don't already have it. You may use these tools to prepare and administer meals, using your food to inspire rather than words or song.
While holding a set of Cook's Utensils, you gain the following benefits:
You may use your Utensils as a bardic spellcasting focus.
When you use your Bardic Inspiration feature, you may have your inspiration be in the form of small treats (rather than word or song). A creature needn't hear you to receive a Bardic Inspiration die this way, but instead must be able to see you.
You may repurpose the cutlery and tools included in the Utensils as weapons. While holding the tools, you may make an attack as if you were weilding a club (metal pot), a dagger (chef's knife), a sickle (fork), or a mace (ladle).
Coveted Recipe
Starting at 3rd level, after a creature rolls one of your Bardic Inspiration dice, they may regain hit points equal to the roll. In addition, at the start of a creature's turn, they may spend your Bardic Inspiration die to reroll any saving throw they failed since the start of their last turn (no action required).
A creature can benefit from this feature a number of times equal to their proficiency bonus per long rest.
Signature Dish
When you gain this feature at 6th level, choose a spell you know of 1st level of higher. Whenever you cast that spell, you may also choose a creature within 30 feet of you to roll a die and regain hit points equal to the total. The die is the same as your Bardic Inspiration die.
Whenever you gain a level in this class, you may change the spell chosen for this feature.
Restful Nourishment
Starting at 6th level, friendly creatures roll an additional d6 when they benefit from your Song of Rest feature.
Sugar and spice
Starting at 14th level, when you cast a spell, you may choose a creature within 10 feet of you to regain hit points equal to the spell's level. Alternatively, you may choose a creature within 10 feet of you to take necrotic damage equal to the spell's level.
Flavourer's Star
When you reach level 14 in this subclass, you have been awarded with the mark of the Flavourer's Star, a prestigious badge of honour. You learn the Hero's Feast spell, if you don't already know it. When you cast the spell, you may choose to make one of the following modifications to it:
- The spell is cast as a ritual.
- The casting time is changed to 1 minute, and the time a creature must spend consuming the feast becomes 9 minutes.
- The material components are changed to 500 GP worth of any items and ingredients.
- The advantage given to Wisdom Saving Throws is changed to advantage on Saving Throws of another ability of your choice.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you complete a long rest.
