Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Descended from those who have made pacts with ancient manifestations of fear itself, those of the endless eyes are masters of perception and terror. Their gaze is inescapable, with perceptive skills that rival even the most observant of monsters. Usually, the powers of the endless eyes awaken when one is subjected to great terror.

Eldritch Manifestations

When you cast one of your sorcerer spells, your eldritch nature might expose itself. Roll on the eldritch manifestations table to determine this.

1 Your eyes transform into pure red spheres, or are filled with static.
2 Glowing spectral eyes appear around you.
3 Your voice is distorted into a nightmarish scream.
4 Your eyes roll back into your head, or dart around randomly.
5 Your spellcasting focus temporarily takes the form of a Tiny human eye.
6 Shadows in a 30ft radius around you act viscous, like oil.

Perceptive Master

At 1st level, your arcane vision has awoken, granting you incredible sensory prowess. You gain proficiency in the Perception skill, are immune to the blinded condition, and have Darkvision out to a range of 60ft. If you are already proficient in it, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Investigation, Insight, Intimidation, or Deception.

Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses Perception. You receive this benefit regardless of the skill proficiency you gain from this feature.

In addition, you can spend 2 sorcery points to gain Truesight until the end of your turn. (No action required)

Gift of Endless Eyes

Starting at 1st level, as an action, you can expend 1 sorcery point to summon a glowing, magical eye within 30ft of you. You mentally receive visual information from the eye, which has all of your senses. The eye can look in every direction.

As an action, you can move all eyes you control up to 30 feet in any direction. There is no limit to how far away from you the eyes can move, but they can’t enter another plane of existence. A solid barrier blocks the eye’s movement, but the eye can pass through an opening as small as 1 inch in diameter. The number of eyes you have active at a time cannot exceed you proficiency bonus, and you can dismiss an eye at any time (No action required).

Gaze of the Unblinking

At 6th level, you have gained the ability to stare deep into the souls of your enemies. As an action, you can form thousands of illusionary eyes in the mind of a creature you can see within 30ft of you or one of your summoned eyes. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, the creature is frightened of you and all of your eyes. In addition you learn the following characteristics of the creature:

  • Its current hit points.
  • Its armor class.
  • Its vulnerabilities
  • Its true form, if it is transformed in any way.

On, a success the creature is not frightened, and you only learn one of those characteristics.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Tyrannical Barrage

At 14th level, your humanity has been all but expunged, expanding your prowess greatly. You are immune to the frightened and charmed conditions.

Additionally, as a bonus action, you can channel your wrath through your eyes. When you do so, each of your eyes makes a ranged attack against a creature of your choice within 30ft of it. This attack uses your spell attack modifier for it’s attack rolls, and deals 1d4+your charisma modifier fire damage on a hit. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Omniscient

At 18th level, your perceptive skill has become legend. You have Truesight out to a range of 60ft, and know the location of all creatures within 30ft of you.

Additionally, you may have any number of your eyes summoned at a time, and you may use your action to make them invisible, or visible again if you have previously done so. When you use your Tyrannical Barrage, you may attack with a number of eyes equal to your proficiency bonus.
