Primordial Energy

Beginning at 3rd level when you pick this subclass, you choose a damage type to be attuned to. You can either roll 1d6 and associate with that damage type or choose from the table. Once per attack action, your weapon attacks deal 1d6 + your Constitution Modifier in additional damage in your associated type.

d6 Damage Type
1 Acid
2 Cold
3 Fire
4 Thunder
5 Lightning
6 Poison

Primordial Resiliance

Starting at 7th level, you can gain resistance to your associated damage type for one minute as a bonus action. You can gain this resistance an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

In addition, when you use your Second Wind feature, you gain resistance to your associated damage type until the end of your next turn.

Elemental Backlash

At 10th level, you can use your reaction, when you get hit by a melee weapon or melee spell attack, to deal 2d6 damage of your associated damage type. You also gain resistance to your associated damage type until the end of your next turn when you use this feature.

Overflowing Energy

Starting at 15th level, you can choose to make your weapon attacks deal your associated damage type  as a bonus action. This effect lasts for 1 minute and the damage overcomes resistances to your damage type. You can do this a number of times equal to your Constitution Modifier.

Unleashed Warrior

At 18th level you have gained mastery over your Primordial energy and can channel this energy to unleash your full potential. As an action, you can unleash your power and gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

  • You gain Temporary Hit Points equal to 2 times your Fighter Level.
  • You can make an additional attack as part of your attack action.
  • Your attacks deal 1d6 + your Constitution modifier in additional damage of your associated damage type.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
