Base Class: Fighter
This is a Knight who will fight with others till they draw their last breath. A true knight bolsters those around them and shares in the glory!
Call to Arms
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to inspire your allies to continue fighting past their injuries and guide them to glory.
Starting at 3rd level, when you use your Second Wind feature, all allied creatures within 60 feet of you regain hit points equal to your fighter level plus your Charisma Modifier, provided that you can see the creature.
Additionally, when activating second wind, allies that can see or hear the Banneret and were not unconscious before being healed by this feature can use their reaction to move up to half their movement speed without provoking attacks of opportunity. You gain another use of Second Wind at 7th and 15th level.
Knights Grace
A Banneret serves as an envoy of the crown. Knights of high standing are expected to conduct themselves with grace.
At 7th level, you gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. If you are already proficient in it, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Animal Handling, Insight, Intimidation, or Performance.
Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses Persuasion. You receive this benefit regardless of the skill proficiency you gain from this feature.
Battlefield Expert
Starting at 7rd level, you can use the Help action as a bonus action. Additionally, when you use the Help action to aid an ally in attacking a creature, the target of that attack can be within 60 feet of you, rather than within 5 feet of you, if the target can see or hear you.
Additionally, you can make your voice boom up to three times as normal.
Rallying the People
Starting at 10th level, when you use your Action Surge feature, you choose a number of allies equal to your Charisma Modifier within 60 feet of you. Those creatures can make one melee or ranged weapon attack with their reaction, provided that they can see or hear you.
Changing the Tides
Beginning at 15th level, you can extend the benefit of your Indomitable feature to an ally that can see or hear you. When an ally within 60 ft. of you fails a saving throw and you aren’t incapacitated, you can use your reaction to allow them to reroll that saving throw with a bonus equal to your Charisma Modifier, they must take the new roll. You can use this ability equal to your Charisma Modifier times per long rest.
Final Stand
Starting at 18th level, your Rallying Cry ability also grants temporary hit points equal to your fighter level plus your Charisma modifier.
