Base Class: Warlock
Your patron is an enormous snake with all white thick scales, and piercing blue eyes. Not much is known about this snake but its power is immense and that it is ancient beyond belief. It has fringe cults that hail it as a god, and they are often at odds with Yuan-Ti seeing them as pretenders to the real almighty serpent. Making them enemies to Sseth. The Pale Serpent is believed to live in an ever frozen mountain range somewhere north. Some think it is so large that people looking for it were walking on top of it, mistaking its snow covered scales as solid ground.
No one is sure why it would take on a patron as its motives are entirely unknown, but those who do follow the pale Serpent are incredibly mysterious and believed to be dangerous. (I did not create this subclass, all credit goes to u/montezuma300 on reddit)
The Pale Serpent lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Noodle Arms
When you take this patron at 1st level, your patron grants you the ability to gain a minor snake like quality to your arms. Your arms become incredibly flexible and can wrap around objects or creatures like a snake.
As a bonus action, you can cause one or both of your arms to elongate up to 10 ft allowing you to attack or use touch spells at reach. If you make an attack with a heavy weapon while your arms are elongated, it is made at disadvantage.
You may return your arms to normal length at no action.
Glacial Imprison
At 6th level, you can call upon your patron to freeze your enemies. When you deal cold damage or create difficult terrain with a spell of 1st level or higher, you can force all enemies affected to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure a creature is restrained until the end of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Pale Imitation
At 14th level you gain the ability to turn yourself into a lesser version of your patron. As an action you can transform yourself into a huge pale snake as detailed below. This form lasts for 1 minute or until it loses all of its health. You take any additional damage if the snake form were to die and there is damage left over. You maintain your Charisma, Wisdom, and Intelligence scores while in this form. But you cannot cast spells. Any equipment you have with you is morphed into the form with you.
After you use this feature you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
