Base Class: Paladin
You have dedicated yourself to the absolute law of balance and have been granted divine powers from the clockwork plane of Mechanus. Time has become your ally on the battlefield and you use it to correct and maintain the fabric of reality. Paladins granted with this power are sometimes known as Time Keepers, or Time Guardians and are known to operate in secret as to not disrupt the flow of time.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options. See the Sacred Oath class feature for how Channel Divinity works.
Accelerated Clockwork- You can use your Channel Divinity to accelerate yourself through time. As a bonus action, for 1 minute, your base walking speed increases by 20' and you move without provoking opportunity attacks. You also gain an additional action on each of your turns. That action can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object action.
Gluttonous Sands- You can use your Channel Divinity to reduce your enemies actions to a sluggish pace. As an action, you can force a number of enemies within a 30' radius to succeed a WIS saving throw or half their walking speed. This also prevents them from using reactions. A creature that fails its saving throw is affected for 1 minute and can repeat this saving throw as an action to try and break free on its subsequent turns.
Aura of Displacement
Starting at level 7, you emit an aura of time displacement slowing down the movements of nearby enemy attackers. While you are conscious, enemies have disadvantage on attack rolls made against you and any ally within a 10' radius.
When you reach 18th level in this class, the range of the aura increases to 10 feet.
Strings of Reality
Starting at level 15, you are able to see glimpses of the future as it reveals itself through flowing strings in space, almost resembling fabric blowing in the wind. When an enemy targets you with a melee attack you can use a reaction to temporarily increase your AC using your CHA modifier. If the attack misses, you can make an attack roll against the attacking enemy.
Time Lord
At level 20, you've become a master of time manipulation and have been granted the title of Time Lord, giving you access to Mechanus' clockwork precision. As a bonus action, for 1 minute, you can make any attack roll that would hit you miss instead and you have advantage on all saving throws.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
