Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Noise rely on a cacophony of sound to channel their magic. To some it may seem like caterwauling, but bards from this college are adepts at playing precise but extremely wild music. They are sometimes referred to as banshees, the monsters that inspired the first bards of their order.
Bar Fight
When you join the College of Noise at 3rd level, you learn to live a rough-and-tumble life of thrashing noise. You gain proficiency with medium armor and martial melee weapons.
Additionally, you master a quick inspiring tune to jolt your allies. You learn the guidance cantrip, which counts as a bard cantrip for you, but doesn't count against the number of cantrips that you know.
Howl of the Banshee
Also at 3rd level, you can unleash a powerful scream while fighting.
When you hit a creature within 5 feet with a melee weapon attack, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to deal an extra 2d6 thunder damage to that target. You can do so only once per round on your turn.
The damage increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 3d6 at 5th level, 5d6 at 10th level, and 8d6 at 15th level.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Power Chord
At 14th level, you can perform so loudly that you rip the very battlefield asunder.
As an action, you can play a power chord, creating a burst of sonic energy that ripples outward from you. Each creature you choose within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or take 6d6 thunder damage and 4d6 force damage, and be knocked prone. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw takes half as much damage and isn’t knocked prone.
In addition, unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by the effect, and the chord emits a thunderous boom audible out to 300 feet.
Once you use this feature, you can't do so again until you complete a long rest.
