The implanted share one thing: artificial sorcery.

The implant can vary from crystals embedded into one's forearms to one's blood being replaced entirely by magic ichor. 

Arcane Conduit

Arcane magic flows through your body, allowing you to forgo the need for tools to channel it. Starting when you choose this origin at 1st level, you gain the benefits of having an arcane focus for sorcerer spells without using one, additionally bypassing cost requirements up to and including 500gp.

Raw Magic

Being a vessel of the arcane, you can choose to convert spells to pure arcane. Starting when you choose this origin at 1st level, when you cast a spell that deals damage of the types: acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, thunder; you can choose to switch the damage type to force.

Magic Constitution

With pure arcane energy flowing through your body, you build up a tolerance to magic. At 6th level, you gain resistance to force damage.

Augmented Senses

Your body becomes attuned to the magic dwelling within you, and is heightened as a result. At 6th level, you gain advantage on saving throws against being blinded, and deafened. Additionally, you gain 30ft of blindsight.

Charged Spells

You can charge your arcane energy into a spell attack. Starting from 14th level, as a bonus action, before you cast a ranged spell attack, you can spend an amount of sorcery points equal to half of the spell level(rounded up) to double the range of, and, on hit, double the damage of the ranged spell attack.

Perfect Vessel

You have become a perfect vessel for magic, and have amplified your offensive magic as a result. Starting at 18th level, you become immune to force damage. Upon being hit with force damage, you may spend 2 sorcery points to redirect the force damage at the attacker. Any spell you cast that deals force damage, through Raw Magic or otherwise, has the target make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be knocked prone upon hit. Additionally, you add your Charisma modifier to the damage.
