Why so serious?
Vicious Punnery
3rd level
You learn Vicious Mockery cantrip and it does not count against the number of your bard cantrips known. If you already know the spell, you may learn a different bard cantrip. Whenever you use Vicious Mockery cantrip you can roll your bardic inspiration dice instead of d4s if you make use of a pun, alliteration or other wordplay while providing verbal components for the spell.
(...) not!

Comedic Timing
6th level
Anytime as reaction you can expend a single use of your bardic inspiration to grant a target creature you see within 60ft an attack of opportunity (weapon attacks only) . The creature gains a bonus to the attack roll equal to the roll of your bardic inspiration die.
Slapstick
3rd level
When a creature which was granted a bardic inspiration by you is attacked it may roll the bardic inspiration die as a reaction and subtract the roll from the attacker's d20 roll potentially causing it to miss. If the attacker misses this way it takes damage equal to the bardic inspiration die's roll.
Situational Comedy
6th level
When a creature you can see is attacked or forced to make a saving throw you can use your reaction to grant that creature your bardic inspiration.
Comedy of Errors
14th level
Once per round you can use either Set-Up or Pay-off option (no action required) .
Set-Up
When an ally you can see within 60ft rolls a 1 on an attack roll, ability check or saving throw you gain a Set Up charge. You can have only one Set Up charge at any given time and you loose an unused charge at the end of a long rest.
Pay-off
When a creature you can see within 60ft of you makes an attack roll, ability check or a saving throw you can expend your Set Up charge to have that creature re-roll the d20 with disadvantage instead potentially changing the outcome of the roll.
