Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Not all barbarians come from tribes of nomadic wanderers inhabiting the wild plains. Some grow up in rough and tumble urban expanses, learning how to survive in a city that actively tries to kill them, be they deserving or not. Those who have been hardened by massive, messy street brawls or near constant bar fights find themselves walking the Path of the Bruiser.

Dust-up

When you take this Primal Path at 3rd level, you become well-versed in the knock-down drag-out, anything goes style of fighting common in drunken bar room spats. You gain proficiency in improvised weapons and your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 + your Strength modifier bludgeoning damage instead of the normal unarmed strike damage. While raging, your unarmed strikes gain an additional damage die. The die size of your unarmed strikes increases when you reach certain levels in this class: 1d8 (2d8) at 6th level, 1d10 (2d10) at 10th level, and 1d12 (2d12) at 14th level.

Additionally while raging, you can use a bonus action to attempt to grapple a Large or smaller creature.

Riotous Heart

At 6th level, you are so adept at bare knuckle brawling that you can now effectively exchange blows with supernatural entities. When you make an attack with an unarmed strike or an improvised weapon, the damage is considered magical for the purposes of overcoming damage immunities and resistances.

Additionally, while you have a creature grappled, you may use a bonus action on subsequent turns to deal bludgeoning damage equal to your nonraging unarmed strike damage die + your Strength modifier + your rage bonus.

Heavyweight Hit

At 10th level, your strikes become even heavier and more impactful. Once per turn while you are raging, you may force a Large or smaller creature you hit with an unarmed strike or improvised weapon to make a Strength saving throw. The DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier. On a failed save, the target is pushed up to 20 feet in a straight line in a direction you choose.

If the target would hit any obstacle while moving in this line, both the target and the obstacle take bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier +  your rage bonus. Your DM may determine whether or not the obstacle struck is substantial enough to stop the target's movement before reaching the complete 20 feet of forced movement.

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses on a short or long rest.

Bell Ringer

At 14th level, you are capable of unleashing a flurry of hits. When you make the Attack action with an unarmed strike or improvised weapon on your turn, you may make an additional attack as part of the same action.

Additionally, you can now grapple Huge or smaller creatures as well as push Huge or smaller targets with your Heavyweight Hit feature.
