Base Class: Warlock
Your patron is one that skitters behind the curtain of reality, feeding on magics and seeping its influence through the cracks in the fabric of the planes. You feel your patron's prescence as a constant static buzz in the back of your mind, though you do not have the capability to percieve it any further or understand its purpose in any meaninigful capacity. Perhaps your mind is a bit less hospitable now, but it is all worth it to be offered glimpses of the true meaning of magic and power.
Expanded Spell List
The Whispered One lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Otherworldly Intuition
Your patron's stange cosmic form offers you insight on arcane matters. You gain a 1d4 bonus to Intelligence (Arcana) checks.
When you see a creature casting a spell, you instinctively know what it is. You can use your reaction to identify all spells the target is capable of casting. When you use this ability, you can force the target to make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, you can force them to instead cast a different spell from their spell list. Choose another spell from their spell list of the same level or higher. If the spell you choose doesn't target the original target, then the caster must choose a new target. Spell slots consumed by the effect are determined by the successfully cast spell, not the one originally attemped. You can use this ability twice, regaining all uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Arcane Mind and Body
The constant buzz of your patron's presence becomes more familiar to you. You gain resistance to psychic damage. In addition, whenever you deal damage with a spell attack, you deal additional damge equal to half your warlock level (rounded down).
A Glimpse Beyond
You cannot become charmed or frightened. If a creature attempts to charm or frighten you, they must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they catch a glimpse of The Whispered One, and have a difficult time perceiving you, and have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks against you . Instead, they see you as a mass of writhing, blurry static, and feel compelled to look away. This effect ends if they make a successful Wisdom saving throw. If an affected creature ends its turn within 5 feet of you whilst in this state, they roll with disadvantage on their next attack.
If a creature attempts to cast detect thoughts on you, or use an ability or spell to gain access to your mind, you can choose for their spell to automatically fail and force them to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a success, you deal 2d10 psychic damage to the caster, and you learn their location.
If a creature attempts to target you with the scrying spell, they must make a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, you notice the invisible sensor and deflect it. For 30 seconds, you are able to see and hear the creture who attempted to observe you. You can also hear their surface thoughts for 30 seconds.
Feed the Whispers
You gain the ability to drain creatures of their magical potency. Anytime you succeed on a saving throw against a spell or magic effect, you regain 1d10 hit points. Additionally, you can use your reaction to regain a spell slot immediately after you succeed on your save against the spell of magic effect. You can use this feature twice, regaining all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
