Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Rogues who take up this archetype are equally skilled in sneaking around, picking locks and slitting throats as they are in life saving medical procedures. A deep and thorough understanding of anatomy and medicine allows these rogues to heal their allies with similar efficacy at which they slay from the shadows.

Fixer-Upper

Starting at 3rd level, you're skilled at patching up wounds and repairing injuries on the fly. As an action you may use a healing kit to tend to your own or a nearby allies wounds. Upon doing so the chosen creature restores Hit Points equal to 1 roll of your sneak attack dice + your wisdom modifier. Any individual creature may only benefit from this healing once per short or long rest.

Licensed Practitioner

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill and your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses it. Additionally you have advantage on Intelligence or Wisdom checks made to assess an injury, diagnose an illness, investigate a cause of death or otherwise practice medicine.

Lifeline

Starting at 9th level, you're able to bring a creature back from the dead.

If a humanoid creature has died within the last minute you may concentrate on a 12 second specialised procedure in order to resucitate them, you cannot move away from their body during this time. If you do so that creature returns to life with 1 hit point and immediately gains 3 levels of exhaustion. If it has been more than one minute, but less than 15 since the target creature died, the procedure takes 1 minute and the creature gains an additional level of exhaustion upon returning to life. A creature must remove all levels of exhaustion before they are able to benefit from this feature again. If accruing levels of exhaustion from this feature would put the target at more than 6 the procedure fails and the target cannot be revived by this method.

Emergency Check-Up

Starting at 13th level, as a reaction you may move up to twice your speed towards an ally that has just taken damage, if you end up within 5ft you may immediately use your Fixer Upper feature, regardless of if the target has benefited from the Fixer Upper since their last short or long rest. You may do this once per short or long rest.

Excision

Starting at 17th level, you can strike with deadly speed. If you take the Attack action on your turn, you can make one additional attack as a bonus action. This attack can benefit from your Sneak Attack even if you have already used it this turn, but you can’t use your Sneak Attack against the same target more than once in a turn.
