Base Class: Rogue
Your focus is on using your allies to your advantage. Where others hide you charge into battle on the backs of your allies. You are not afraid to get up close in personal with danger, as long as you've got a buddy to bear it with. These rogues are most often small in nature, allowing them to leap from body to body and attack their enemies in tandem with their allies. A well placed strike while your opponent has their weapon locked or an extra weapon to block and incoming attack could save your friend's life, and yours in return.
Got Your Back
You are proficient when fighting in tandem with an ally while you occupy the same space. When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, mounting or dismounting a creature costs you only 5 feet of movement, rather than half your speed. As long as you are mounted on an ally opportunity attacks that target your mount are granted disadvantage.
Right Behind You
Starting at 3rd level, you can use the Dodge action as a bonus action while you are mounted on an ally.
You've Got This
At 9th level when you grant your mount the Help action they get advantage on all their attacks on their turn, and they add half of your sneak attack dice to the first attack that hits.
United Front
Beginning at 13th level, when you use the Dodge action as a bonus action you and your mount gain a +3 AC until the start of your next turn.
Covering Strike
Starting at 17th level, when your mounted Ally gets attacked and the attack misses you can use your reaction to make a melee attack against the attacker.
