material absorbtion
you can absorb the material you've chosen into you allowing it to be used to heal you. the max healing you can do depends on how much you absorb and how tall your character is or the dm can change this to whatever they wish since it is a little overpowered
you can absorb an object made mostly of that item to be used for later at no cost to your weight encumbrance. however, you can only absorb two items at a time for storage and nothing bigger than a full suit of armor. the dm can set their own limitations on how big the item you can absorb is but this was my max for my players
