Base Class: Rogue
An eliminator is a special type of assassin or ninja who excels in crowd control and out mobilizing their enemies. There's nowhere to run or to hide when under the eyes of an eliminator. Most eliminators work under contract, however they can still do jobs they assign themselves. Either way they are efficient in killing and little to nothing can stop them from completing the goal they have in front of them.
some Eliminators don't work well with others and wont unless required for their job, others band together and make a union of eliminators who work together to complete a larger job such as toppling a government. These groups of killers often work under a front such as a tavern crew or within a militia, however there are rare occasions where the group is well know and act without a veil of stealth. This type of Eliminator is called a Ruinor. The Ruinors bring chaos where they go leaving a wake of death in their trail.
Thirst for Death
Starting at 3rd level, you are able to maneuver through your enemies towards your next target with ease. When you attack a creature on your turn, you may move 10ft in which you can move through the space your target occupies. If you do move through your target's space you may immediately make another attack at a different target with this same abilities movement feature. You can do this a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier (minimum of 1) each turn. In addition each creature you hit with this ability can be dealt sneak attack damage if the target would be viable for the damage in the first place such as if they have an enemy to them within 5 ft of them.
Zenith Hunter
Starting at level 9 your senses for tracking your targets is at its peak. Investigation rolls you make to track a living creature have advantage an you can always tell which general direction the creature you are investigating is. In addition you can take a bonus action on your turn to mark one creature you can see to gain that effect. Once per long rest when you hit a marked creature you can deal twice your sneak attack damage to that creature.
Tenacious Drive
At 13th level you become an unstoppable force when you draw blood. After you slay a creature, you may immediately teleport up to 15ft away. If you teleport within 5ft of a creature, you may make an attack on that creature. You also get +2 to your AC until the start of your next turn.
Seek and Destroy
Starting at 17th level you have no limit to the extent of your assassinating prowess. Your base movement speed increases by 5ft times your dexterity modifier (minimum of 1). in addition the range for your Thirst for Death ability increases to 20ft instead of 10ft, and the range of your Tenacious Drive ability increases to 30ft instead of 15ft. Finally when you damage a marked creature and would reduce it to less than half (not exactly half), it is reduced to 0 hit points instead. You can use this feature once per short or long rest.
