Druid
Base Class: Druid

Druids within the Circle of Distortion understand that nature is necessary, however confined to the bounds of reality. These druids have an intrinsic connection to the bounds of time, fate and reality, and hope to utilise it to the benefit of the natural world around, changing landscapes for the betterment of the world.

Branches of Fate

Starting at 2nd level, as a bonus action, you create a network of roots in a sphere around you in a 30ft radius. This requires concentration. While this is active, you gain the following benefits while inside the sphere:

  •  you gain resistance to force damage and psychic damage.
  •  you have advantage on saving throws against effects that would incapacitate you.
  •  you can use a reaction to force a creature to reroll a saving throw against a spell, taking the lower option.

This is usable once per long rest unless you expend a use of your wild shape to use it again.

At 6th level this sphere now moves with you and isn't stationary. At 14th level the radius doubles to 60ft.

Visage of Distortion

As a bonus action, you may summon illusory duplicates of yourself to a maximum of three at a time. Each summoned duplicate expends one use of this feature. Each time a creature targets you with an attack during the spell's duration, roll a d20 to determine whether the attack instead targets one of your duplicates. If you have three duplicates, you must roll a 6 or higher to change the attack's target to a duplicate. With two duplicates, you must roll an 8 or higher. With one duplicate, you must roll an 11 or higher. Each Duplicate has an AC of 10+ your proficiency bonus. If an attack hits a duplicate, the duplicate is destroyed.

This feature is usable a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Otherworldly Wild Shape

As of 10th level, you can expend two uses of Wild Shape at the same time to transform into an stone golem. Branches of Fate still applies to you in this form, and can still be used as a bonus action. While in this form, you cannot choose to end Wild Shape during combat and if your hp hits zero in this form, you resume your original form. If the damage overflow does not knock you unconscious, you instead have 1hp from the stress of this taking on this form. You may spend 1 minute to end this wildshape without any adverse affects outside of combat.

Rend Fate

Starting at 14th level, your branches of fate resistances and advantage now apply to all allies within the circle. In addition, you now gain advantage on saving throws for Stun and Paralysis when branches of fate is active.
