Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Ink Gifted barbarians are often selected by a power greater than them for a higher cause. As they come closer to their true combative potential as a warrior, the ink gifts their power to make them a weapon of destruction. When you seek or are chosen for this path, your fate is set for you. The only question is if you will fall quietly into your fate, or fight against it to change your outcome. No matter the way, you will leave destruction in your wake.

Blotted Wounds

3rd-level Path of Ink Gifted feature

Starting at third level, the ink seeks to stop your wounds from bleeding anymore. During combat when you reduce an enemy to zero hit points, you gain temporary hit points equal to half your Constitution modifier plus your barbarian level.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Inky Mark

3rd-level Path of Ink Gifted feature

The magical energy radiating from your tattoos seeks to kill the enemies you choose. As a bonus action, you can mark an enemy as the tattoo's magical energy wraps around portions of their body. Choose an ability score for them to have disadvantage on for all checks related to the ability chosen. You can also change the target of the mark as a bonus action.

Inked Fate

6th-level Path of Ink Gifted feature

The ink begins to alter the path set out before you. If you fail a saving throw, you can choose to re-roll it, and you must use the new roll. You can only use this effect once per rage.

Tattoo Backlash

10th-level Path of Ink Gifted feature

During your rage, your ink begins to grow in power. When an enemy hits you when you have temporary hit points, deal an extra 1d8 necrotic damage on your next attack.

It upgrades to a d10 at the 14th level, and a d12 at the 16th level.

Radius of Control

14th-level Path of Ink Gifted feature

When you enter your rage, all enemies around you within a thirty feet radius have their speed reduced by fifteen feet. In addition, any enemy that dies within the Radius of Control is able to add temporary hit points equal to half your barbarian level. This can stack on pre-existing temporary hitpoints once per rage.
