Base Class: Bard
Bards of the college of debauchery are the opposite of the lore keeping sages and teachers that bards can be: they are individuals made for partying, whether reveling in the joy alongside others as part of the crowd, or as the epicentre of dance and music as renown entertainers. It may be the case that you are a worshiper of a god of wine or revels like Dyonisus or Xenagos, maybe you are a bard in actual college and decide to spend your tuiton partying and wandering around, or perhaps you have made a pact with a hedonistic fey of feasting and celebration.
Life of the Party
Beginning when you first choose this college at 3rd level, you become the center of every party’s revels. Choose a set of artisan’s tools, such as Brewer’s supplies or Cook’s Utensils. You gain proficiency with the chosen tool, and your proficiency bonus is doubled for any check that uses the chosen tool.
Time to Dance
Also at 3rd level, you can force your enemies to dance as if there isn’t a tomorrow. As an action, you can enchant a creature you can see within 60 feet of you to move graciously and dance in its spot, expending a use of your bardic inspiration. They must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be forced to, for 1 minute, use all their movement to dance without leaving their space. They have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws, and the only action they can take on their turn is to make a Wisdom saving throw to try and regain control of itself. Attack rolls against an affected creature are made at disadvantage, due to the dancing and flailing. Only a number of creatures, up to a number equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) can be affected by this feature at a time.
Keep the Party Going
Starting at 6th level, you can make creatures ready for another round. As an action, you can touch a willing creature. They either regain a number of hit points equal to half your bard level, or gain temporary hit points equal to your bard level.
In addition, you can either remove a level of exhaustion from the creature, or end one of the following conditions affecting it: frightened, poisoned, charmed or unconscious, if regaining a hit point wouldn’t bring them back to consciousness, such as the result of excessive drinking.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Master of Revels
By the time you’ve reached 14th level, no one can outshine you when it comes to vibrant celebrations. You gain the following features.
Invitation and Entertainment. Once per long rest, you can cast the Unseen Servant, Sending and Animate Objects spells without expending a spell slot.
Catering or Location. Once per long rest, you can cast either the Heroes’ Feast or Magnificent Mansion spell without expending a spell slot.
