Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

The Blood Magic Assassin is a subclass of the Rogue class in Dungeons & Dragons that focuses on using blood magic to enhance their combat abilities and curse their enemies. These rogues are willing to pay the ultimate price by sacrificing their own blood to gain power and inflict curses on their foes.

Blood Curse

Starting at 3rd level, you can sacrifice some of your own blood to inflict a curse on your target. As an action, you can spend a hit point to cast a curse on a creature within 30 feet. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw( Beat 15) or be cursed for one minute. While cursed, the target has a disadvantage on all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.

Crimson Blade

At 3rd level, your weapon attacks deal additional damage equal to your Sneak Attack modifier. Additionally, when you land a critical hit, you regain a portion of your lost hit points equal to your Sneak Attack damage. You can use this 1x your proficiency bonus

Blood Magic Techniques

At the 9th level, you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill, and you learn three Blood Magic Techniques. You can use each technique once per short or long rest. Here are the Blood Magic Techniques:

Blood Ignition: Spend a hit point to ignite your weapon with magical flames. Your weapon deals an additional 1d6 fire damage on hit for one minute.
Blood Step: Spend a hit point to teleport up to 30 feet as a bonus action.
Blood Vision: Spend a hit point to gain blindsight out to 30 feet for one minute.

Life Drain

At the 13th level, you can siphon the life force from your enemies. When you hit an enemy with a melee attack, you can choose to spend a hit point to drain their life force. The target must make a Constitution saving throw or take additional necrotic damage equal to your Sneak Attack damage, and you regain hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Blood Transmutation

At the 17th level, you gain the ability to transmute your own blood into other substances. As an action, you can spend a number of hit points to create a potion of healing or a vial of poison. You can also use this ability to create temporary weapons or armor ( stats of studded leather)out of your own blood, granting you a temporary boost in combat.
