Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Those who take on The Path of The Einherjar, worship the Goddess, Freyja and hope to be brought up to Valhalla after their death by one of her Valkyries. Freyja watches over all who take on this path and looks for those who have the potential to be useful during Ragnarok. To make sure they survive long enough to be worthy, The Einherjar inscribe runes that represent cures and wishes on their weapons and armor. Due to this, Rage is not just a form of power for The Einherjar, but is also used to help those who are not strong enough. The battlefield is usually lined with the bodies of their enemies, which in turn, has allowed them to make sure their allies are still standing.

Læknir

When you chose this path at 3rd level, you go into a trance while raging. While in this trance-like state, all attacks that successfully hit on a creature will charge a rune that's carved into your weapons or armor.

These runes may be expended as a bonus action to heal you or another creature of your choosing within 15 feet of you. The runes remain active until your rage ends and you can have a maximum of 10 at all times. You heal the target of your rune for an amount equal to one roll of your rune die plus your Constitution Modifier.

Rune die progression is as follows: 1d4 at 3rd level, 1d6 at 6th level, 1d8 at 10th level and finally 1d10 at 14th level.

Styrkr

Beginning at 6th level, whenever you take damage while raging you charge a rune.

Starting at 10th level, you gain the ability to use your reaction to consume a rune and heal yourself for an amount dictated by your rune die plus your Constitution Modifier.

Starting at 14th level, you gain the ability to use your reaction to consume a rune to heal a creature within 15 feet of you for an amount dictated by your rune die plus your Constitution Modifier.

Vǫrðr

Beginning at 10th level, as an action, you can consume all your runes to heal up to 6 creatures in a 15ft radius centered around you. Each target regains hit points equal to 2 rolls of the rune die plus your Constitution Modifier.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution Modifier per day and regain all uses after a long rest.

Using this feature, does not cause you to lose your trance-like rage.

Verja

Beginning at 14th level, you are deemed worthy by the Goddess, Freya and have gained her protection. Till the time she calls for you to enter Valhalla, you are not permitted to die without her consent.

When you would be reduced to 0 hit points, you are shrouded in Valhalla’s light and instead drop to 1 hit point. Attack rolls made against you has disadvantage until the start of your next turn.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
