As an action, you can unleash a powerful burp at a target within 10 feet of you. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus) or take 1d6 thunder damage and be pushed back 5 feet. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and isn't pushed. this ability can only be used if you have digested a creature.

Munch Attack

you can use your action to make a Munch Attack against a creature within 5 feet of you. When you do so, you bite the target and attempt to consume a portion of its flesh, causing it to take 1d6 piercing damage and you to regain hit points equal to the damage dealt.
