Base Class: Warlock
By some means you have gained the favor of an entity that is known as the Mystic Court, which claims to adjudicate over the cosmic balance of the universe. By resilient effort The Mystic Court has maintained order by preventing chaos, and avoided tyranny, by inciting rebellion. The goals of The Mystic Court may seem clouded in mystery, but, through duty and responsibility, warlocks of the mystic court walk the mortal realm executing the orders of The Court wherever they go.
Expanded Spell List
The Fiend lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Voice of Authority
You can cast the command spell at first level a number of times equal to your warlock level. You regain all expended uses when you complete a long rest. At fifth level in this class, you can do so at will. Your command spells can affect undead and those who cannot understand you so long as they can hear you.
Further, you gain proficiency in the persuasion skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.
Objection!
At 6 level you gain the power to annul the fates themselves, whether to undo a wrong, or right an injustice. Whenever you or a creature you can see within 60 feet succeeds on a saving throw or ability check, or hits with an attack roll, you can use your reaction to force a reroll on the saving throw, ability check, or attack roll.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Court Order
Starting at 10th level, your mastery of Mystic Law allows you to exert your authority over other creatures and bind them to your will.
You can cast the gaes spell without expending a spell slot. If you do, you cant do so again until you complete a long rest. You can cast gaes as an action, if you do, its duration becomes 30 minutes.
Further, you can cast gaes at a higher level by expending your Mystic Arcanum of that level to do so.
Judgeship
Starting at 14th level, your time spent devoted to the Mystic Court has resulted in a promotion, you are now among the highest order of the Mystic Court and can proclaim a creatures innocence or guilt.
You gain the following reactions:
Proclaim Innocent:
When a creature you can see within 60 feet is targeted with an attack, you can use your bonus action to proclaim their innocence. The target gains a +2 to their ac, a 10 foot movement speed bonus, gains resistance to all damage types for 1 minute and gains temporary hit-points equal to your warlock level.
Proclaim Guilty:
When a creature you can see within 60 feet is targeted with an attack you can use your bonus action to proclaim their guilt. The target must succeed on a charisma saving throw or take a -2 penalty to their ac, a 10 foot movement speed decrease, gain weakness to all damage types for 1 minute, and be dealt damage equal to your warlock level.
