Oath of Flames

A Paladin with a chaotic alignment might take this oath. Flame Paladins are less focused on pleasing their god and prioritize effectiveness in combat. This often leads to recklessness or accidental friendly fire. They are often considered unholy due to being destructive.

Channel Divinity

When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.

Inflict Flammability. You choose up to 3 creatures within sight that are resistant or immune to fire damage. For the next 5 minutes, they lose the resistance or immunity.

You can end this effect on your turn as part of any other action. If you fall unconscious, this effect ends.

Eternal Flame. You choose a spreading fire within sight. That fire begins to spread at twice the speed it was before. It also becomes impossible to put out without the use of magic. This lasts until it is put out.

Oath Spells

You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed.

Flames of Light

When you cast a spell that does fire damage, you can choose to make it do radiant damage instead.

Burning Aura

A hot, burning aura radiates from you. Whenever a creature gets within 30 feet of you, you can choose whether or not it gets affected. When an affected creature ends its turn within the radius, they take 3d6+Charisma Modifier fire damage. You also gain resistance to fire damage.
