Base Class: Bard
When Choosing this path Bards lose any Charisma they have bringing base State down to 8, they can redistibute the ability points into any other stats not exceeding 18 Bard spells and abilities that require charisma turn the negative modifier into a positive, the lower the Charisma the stronger the spell (I feel that only having +1 is countered by increase to other stats, this mechanic may need to be adjusted). Skalds lose the ability to persuade and gain aditional proficency in intimidation. as a Skald you have essentailly failed as a bard and lose bardic inspiration and gain bardic disparity in it place.
Bardic Disparity, allows you to give dice to any character and the disparity dice roll is subtracted from the check. you also gain 2 additional disparity dice.
Black Tongue
3rd-level Community College drop out feature
You are a master at saying the wrong thing at the right time. When you make a Charisma (Intimidation) or Charisma (Deception) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Unsettling Words
3rd-level Community College drop out feature
You can spin words laced with magic that unsettle a creature and cause it to doubt itself. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. Roll the Bardic Inspiration die. The creature must subtract the number rolled from the next saving throw it makes before the start of your next turn.
Relentless Disparity
6th-level Community College drop out feature
Your words linger in the minds of your enemies. When a creature subtracts one of your Bardic Inspiration dice to its ability check, attack roll, or saving throw and the roll suceeds, the creature keeps the Bardic Inspiration die for use on its next roll.
Bleeding ears
6th-level Community College drop out feature
Your rackous nature causes an enemy to attack you if able, using this ability cannot force opportunity attacks(friends are also distracted by noise and cannot attack), there next attack is with disadvantage and your AC gains an additional Dex mod for 1 turn. You can use this ability 1+PB times, recharges after long rest
Infectious Desparity
14th-level Community College drop out feature
When you Fail to despair someone, the power of your dissonence lingers and can now spread to someone else. When a creature within 60 feet of you subtracts one of your Bardic Disparity dice to its ability check, attack roll, or saving throw and the roll succeeds, you can use your reaction to discourage a different creature (other than yourself) that can hear you within 60 feet of you, giving it a Bardic Disparity die without expending any of your Bardic Disparity uses.
You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Posted Apr 25, 2023I think this would be super fun to play/ have in party. Also I know there are spelling errors I meant to fix them but realized after the fact that I couldn't once it was submitted. And again for abilities that say bardic inspiration, its now bardic disparity. let me know what you all think and if you find ways to improve/balance the class.
