Base Class: Ranger
Divine Beastmasters are servants of gods and deities to who blessed them with a familiar. These divine rangers are the traveling will of their god, supporting those in peril. Their ideology spread through the care given to the plagued or defending the meek. It is not uncommon for these rangers to bond with their familiars and form deep connections.

At 3rd level, you gain a beast companion that accompanies you on your adventures and is trained to fight alongside you. Add your proficiency bonus to the divine beast’s AC, attack rolls, and damage rolls, as well as to any saving throws and skills it is proficient in. Its hit point maximum equals four times your ranger level. Like any creature, it can spend Hit Dice during a short rest to regain hit points.
The divine beast obeys your commands as best as it can. It takes its turn on your initiative. On your turn, you can verbally command the beast where to move and command it to take the Attack, Dash, Disengage, or Help action. (no action required by you).
Warding Bond. A Divine Beast is bonded with a single owner till death. While it is within 15 feet of its owner, it gains a Bonus to AC and saving throws equal to your proficiency bonus. The divine beast has resistance to all damage however each time it takes damage you take the same amount of damage.
The protection ends if either Ranger or Beast drops to 0 hit points or if the owner is more than 60 feet away. To reapply the bond, you must perform a ritual for 1 Hour. You can also dismiss the connection with an Action. If the beast dies, you can obtain a new companion by reaching a major location of faith. Here you must complete trials determined by your Dungeon Master.
