Blessings of Knowledge

You can tap into the divine well of knowledge and channel its resources whenever you need. You gain Expertise in Arcana and Perception. You can tap into divine well of knowledge and as an action, you choose one skill or tool. For 10 minutes, you have proficiency with the chosen skill or tool.

Channel Divinity: Visions of Past and Future

Your connection to your deity provides you with visions about the past and the present.

When you channel divinity, you get following effects within an hour.

  • You get intuitions about the past of any target which is within 60 feet of you when you focus on it for 30 seconds as an action. You can ask 5 questions to your Dungeon Master about the target about its origin, likes and dislikes, names of the relatives or anything which happened in the target going back to the number of days equal to your wisdom modifier, and they have to provide you with correct information. But the question has to be specific and about the target itself. You can ask number of questions equal to your wisdom modifier again going back to twice the number of days equal to your wisdom modifier if you roll above 14 in a wisdom check after you spend a minute concentrating. You can use this ability as many times as your wisdom modifier(atleast once). When being attacked, you need to succeed in constitution saving throw to not be interrupted in your vision.
  • You get intuitions about the future of any target within 60 feet of you when you focus on it. When you choose this effect, you can make a target within 60 feet succeed or fail in a saving throw, or make a critical hit, or critical fail, or succeed or fail in an ability check twice till the end of this channel divinity. But you cannot use this feature to make the same event happen twice (ex: You can't make a target do two critical hits with this feature unless you end this channel divinity and use the feature again). At level 10, you can use this effect 3 times within the hour.

Channel Divinity: Divine Sense

At level 6, you gain immunity to psychic damage.

When you use this feature using your action,

  • You can caste divination spells without requiring concentration.
  • You have true sight upto 120 ft.
  • You are able to instinctively sense how people and objects relate to you, which manifests as a colored glow, much like an aura. When you activate your divine senses, you can assess who is your friend, who is your foe, who could be your person of interest depending on your current thoughts, where are the hiding spots, the secret doors, secret doors hidden by magic, scent and bodily secretions left by the person of interest and other things within 120 ft (Think Eagle Vision from Assassin's creed). You can use this feature 5 times and resets every short or long rest.
  • As an action, choose one creature that you can see within 60 feet of you. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the creature succeeds on the saving throw, you can't use this feature on it again until you finish a long rest. If the creature fails its save, you can read its surface thoughts (those foremost in its mind, reflecting its current emotions and what it is actively thinking about) when it is within 60 feet of you. This effect lasts for 1 minute. During that time, you can use your action to end this effect and cast the Suggestion spell on the creature without expending a spell slot. The target automatically fails its saving throw against the spell. When cast this way, the spell ignores all resistance and immunities.

At level 10, you have honed your divine senses to the point you can deduce behavioral patterns of a creature and predict future outcomes. You can mark number of creatures equal to your wisdom modifier to know their whereabouts or follow its trail. When you mark a creature with this ability, you can see the path they travelled in and the nearer you get to them, you'll get an effect of your choice (a throbbing sensation in your palm, whispers etc) intensify.  Roll two d20s and record the numbers rolled. You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a marked creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn. Each foretelling roll can be used only once. When you finish a long rest, you lose any unused foretelling rolls.

Potent Spellcasting

Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Divinations of the past

Starting at 17th level, you can call up visions of the past that relate to an object you hold or your immediate surroundings. You spend at least 1 minute in meditation and prayer, then receive dreamlike, shadowy glimpses of recent events. You can meditate in this way for a number of minutes equal to your Wisdom score and must maintain concentration during that time, as if you were casting a spell.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Object Reading. Holding an object as you meditate, you can see visions of the object's previous owner. After meditating for 1 minute, you learn how the owner acquired and lost the object, as well as the most recent significant event involving the object and that owner. If the object was owned by another creature in the recent past (within a number of days equal to your Wisdom score), you can spend 1 additional minute for each owner to learn the same information about that creature.

Area Reading. As you meditate, you see visions of recent events in your immediate vicinity (a room, street, tunnel, clearing, or the like, up to a 50-foot cube), going back a number of days equal to five times your Wisdom score. For each minute you meditate, you learn about one significant event, beginning with the most recent. Significant events typically involve powerful emotions, such as battles and betrayals, marriages and murders, births and funerals. However, they might also include more mundane events that are nevertheless important in your current situation.
