Base Class: Barbarian
Some warriors feel most alive when threading the line between death and life. Their hearts beat like the pounding drums of war, and their battle cries echo like the sounding horns of war. Those who choose this path have been to the doors of death and back, and taunt death until it takes them.
These barbarians forsake all armor and weaponry, leaping into battle with their bare fists. They forsake beauty and peace, seeking power, and more so seeking a good fight. They may even spare their foes from death, so that they may become more powerful and offer a more thrilling fight.
Abandon All
When you select this path at 3rd level, you forsake all weapons and armor. You are no longer able to wield weapons, and you gain no bonuses for wearing armor.
As you gain levels, you become more adapted to this style of fighting. You gain a bonus to your AC equal to half your proficiency bonus, rounded down.
Your fists are now your weapons. When you make an unarmed attack, you may roll a d6 in place of the normal damage. This damage increases to a d8 at 9th level, a d10 at 13th level, and a d12 at 17th level. You add your rage damage to unarmed strikes.
Sundering Force
At 6th level, your fists have been hardened by striking against many foes, and have become much more powerful.
These attacks weaken foes defenses, becoming increasingly lethal. Your unarmed strikes deal and extra 1d4 damage. Every time you consecutively hit a target the extra damage die is increased by 1die larger up to a maximum of 1d12 extra damage. This damage resets to 1d4 if you hit a different creature or if you miss an attack.
Furious Rebuke
At 10th level, Your reactions to attackers have become quick and deadly. When you are hit by a critical attack from a creature within 5 feet of you and you are raging, you can use your reaction to tap into your primal destructive nature. Make an unarmed strike at the attacker with advantage. On a hit, you deal an additional die of damage.
You can make this attack even if you are reduced to 0 hit points by the incoming attack, you simply stay conscious for a moment longer to unleash the attack.
Brute Force
Beginning at 14th level, your rage has intensified allowing you to face any challenge head on.
While you're raging, whenever you are required to make a Dexterity check or saving throw you may instead use Strength.
