Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Executioners take pride in being efficient killers. They kill their targets with honor, but with swiftness that could only be harnessed from going down their current path. Rather than raging, executioners can choose to instantaneously release their primal power onto a target for a quick death.

Execution

Starting when you choose this path at the 3rd level, rather than raging, but still expending a rage usage, prepare for an execution. Doing so will not require any time in your turn spent (whereas a normal rage costs a bonus action). After preparing for an execution, you gain the following benefits for the rest of your turn: Your proficiency bonus and rage damage are added to all melee attack rolls, and your proficiency bonus as well as double your rage damage is added to your melee damage rolls. Additionally, if you would have disadvantage when attacking with a melee weapon, you will have neither disadvantage or advantage as long as you can see the target.

Specialized Methodology

At 6th level, you choose a weapon that has both the two-handed and heavy properties that does slashing damage. You gain proficiency in that weapon. If you already had a proficiency in the weapon, you double that proficiency. When using the weapon to attack while you have advantage for the first time on your turn, you add the weapon's proficiency bonus to the damage roll. When using the weapon to attack a target that is prone, unconscious, incapacitated, restrained, grappled, paralyzed, or petrified you deal extra damage equal to your proficiency in the weapon to the damage roll. Both of the damage bonuses cannot be added at once. If both would be applied, you choose which one is added to the damage roll.

Force Surender

Starting at 10th level, you may beckon a creature into allowing themselves to be killed swiftly and painlessly. Target a creature that can hear you, is within 60ft, is under half of their maximum health points, can understand you, and whose temporary hit points are less than your temporary hit points. They make a wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + charisma modifier). On a failure, the effect does nothing and the creature cannot be targeted with it again until after a long rest. On a success, the creature becomes incapacitated, and cant move, speak, or take bonus actions until the end of your next turn.

Pin

During a turn where you prepare an execution, you may, as an attack action, target a creature that is your size or one size larger that is within 5ft and force them to make a DEX(acrobatics) saving throw (DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + strength modifier) with disadvantage. On a failure, they are brought to the ground in front of you, are grappled (with you as their grappler), and the execution you prepared is extended to an extra turn.
