Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

You are adaptive to be a scourge among those around you whether they be friend or foe. But just maybe, you'll be an asset even as a mutant manifestation of the void.

Mutating Flesh

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you channel the powers of the void through your mutating flesh. Unlike others you cannot manifest temporary health, however you do have mutation stacks that are built over time with your abilities. When you have 1 or more, you can sacrifice 1 to restore yourself from death at half health rounded up. These stacks up to 10 stacks.

When you would gain temporary health from a spell or effect you instead gain health directly.

Virulent Plague

At 3rd level, your soul is mutating along with your body. At your very step that mutation comes forth as if beaconed forth.

Stomping the ground, you create a line of grey tendrils that shoot up in a 60 foot line. All targets in the line must make a dexterity saving throw against your constitution value or take 1d20 of piercing damage. If you hit 2 targets with this attack, you may use it again for free up to a maximum of your proficiency bonus.

For every 2 beings that are hit with this attack, you gain one stack of mutation.

Larval Tentacles

Starting at 6th level, the power of the void allows you to manifest one of it's solders to aid in your power.

In a place you can see, as a bonus action manifest an aspect of the void's solders commonly known as eldritch beings. At this small opening, multiple tendrils sprawl out and try to pull all enemies within 30 feet of the point, into an unoccupied space nearest the opening. All enemies must make a strength saving throw against your constitution value.

Using Virulent Plague against the opening causes it to hit all enemies that failed the save without opportunity to save against Virulent Plague. Furthermore this allows 1 strike to gain a mutation stack instead of 2 so long as those hit are held by the tendrils.

At 10th level, you learn to channel void power from your mutations to inspire your allies and frighten your enemies, possibly both. However you may only have one link active at a time.

Using a stack of your mutation, you either infest an enemy feeding off of them, or grant an ally your boon. An enemy being targeted must make a constitution saving throw against your constitution value plus modifier. Upon failure they are asleep and linked to you. This effect lasts for one minute.

Against an enemy: You gain immunity to all damage so long as the target you linked to remains alive, you remain within 60 feet, or until the minute is over.

Against an ally: You grant yourself and the ally advantage on attack rolls. This link remains active so long as you remain within 120 feet or until the minute is over.

With either, you may use Virulent Plague from the target at the same time for free.

Manifestation of the Ravenous

Beginning at 14th level, the void allows you to manifest more of it's solders, though for the larger opening you only get the smallest of minions.

Spending 3 stacks of mutation, you create a 30 foot field of your own mutations. From this field you manifest maggots that draw focus away from you. Allies within the field recover your constitution modifier every turn as health.
