Crazy eyes

3rd-level College of Madness feature

You are impossible to read, your eyes show someone who has witnessed true trauma. When you make a Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Deception) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 5 or lower as a 15.

Instil madness

3rd-level College of Madness feature

You can leak essences of your own madness into others around you. As a reaction you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose one creature you can see within 60 ft. Declare a number from your Bardic inspiration die, then roll the Bardic Inspiration die. If the number rolled is different to the number you declared the creature attacks a random creature in range.

At level 10, if you roll a number different to what you declared, you can choose who the creature attacks.

The movement of madness

6th-level College of Madness feature

Your madness seeps into the very earth around you causing creatures permeance to be improbable.

As a bonus action you can expend a usage of your bardic inspiration to move any amount of creatures a total number of feet equal to 10× the number rolled on your bardic die. You can target any number of creatures within 60ft but movement is accumulative.

The Words, they call to me

6th level college of Madness feature

Words and language all follow a pattern, you have convinced yourself you have solved this pattern.

You have a 50% chance of understanding all language spoken and written. You can have the Dm roll wether you understand or not (odd you understand, even you don't)  and they provide you either a true answer or a false interpretation. You do not know if its true or not.

Infectious insanity

14th-level College of Madness feature

When a creature within 60 ft. of you succeeds on an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw that adds your Bardic Inspiration die they can use their reaction to subtract that number from an enemies ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. If that causes an enemy to fail or miss, that creature gains the effect of the bane spell (cannot stack multiple bame effects).
