Base Class: Rogue
These charisma-based rogues use their unique spell casting, suave acting skills, and killer instincts to infiltrate and assassinate. Their ability to blend in and use magic to charm or misdirect away from themselves is unmatched.
This class is tailor made for infiltration quests and urban settings. Essentially, they are like a blend of the arcane trickster and assassin, but have a very reduced spell list. However, they get higher leveled spells quicker. They also don't use traditional spell slots, but instead can cast a number of spells equal to their proficiency bonus per long rest.
