Base Class: Warlock
You have made a pact with a pair of patrons, or one that takes a form of two beings. It might be a pair of sentient daggers, powerful fey twins, an entity from beyond the realm, which somehow is a single being and a pair at the same time, or any other powerful creature. Though varied in origin and motivation, they are all defined by their dual nature, which manifests itself in powers they bestow.
Expanded Spell List
The Twins lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Bilocation
Starting at 1st level, the unusual nature of your patron allows you to be in two places at once.
As an action, you can create a second instance of yourself. It appears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you and lasts for 1 hour or until you die. If both instances are further than 60ft away from each other at the end of your turn, one of them disipates.
Whenever you move or take an action, bonus action or reaction, you can choose which instance will perform it. Both instances are still the same body, therefore they share all statistics, including hit points, conditions and equipment. This means that either instance taking damage deals damage to your own hit points. You can only use senses of one instance at a time. Effects which would affect both instances count as only affecting and damaging or healing one.
If an instance disappears, you choose which one remains.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier/2, resetting on a long rest.
Duality
Starting at 6th level, your patron teaches you to invoke the duality they represent. When you hit a creature with an attack, you can expend a use of this feature to deal an extra 1d6 damage of the attack’s type to the target, and you regain a number of hit points equal to the extra damage dealt.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Sacrifice of the self
An instance can put itself to protect its twin from imminent danger, blocking damage in exchange for its corporality. When you are affected by a harmful effect or attack, you can use your reaction to interpose your twin between the triggering effect (or attack) and yourself. You gain resistance against all damage from the triggering effect (or attack).
After this, the blocking instance disappears, and must be summoned again.
Unison
Beginning at 14th level, your master your dual nature and can utilize it to act with incredible speed when the need arises. On one of your turns while you have a duplicate created by your Bilocation feature, you may act with both of your forms at once, rather than just one. Both forms must take the same actions and move the same amount in the same direction. You must expend resources for the actions of both forms (for example, you must have two levelled spell slots of the same level to cast a leveled spell twice). Once you use this feature, you may not do so again until you complete a long rest.
Besides, you can now summon your duplicate as a bonus action instead of an action, and your uses of the Bilocation feature reset on a short rest or long rest.
