Base Class: Bard
In the hidden town of Salah, the valiant Rose Legion stand to protect the town, dressed in the magical flowers of the fae realm. Some see these well dressed bards as nothing more then pampered nobles trying to make a name for themselves, to others, they are entertainers and warriors mixing their arts together. Normally dressed in silver with gold flourishing, alongside beautiful headpieces and ornamental swords and rapiers. While I haven't had the honor of meeting their founder, I have met them during a short democratic trip to Salah for negotiations with the tactician of the elven army. The Rose Legion were the ones to escort me, singing lofty songs atop their beautiful and well dressed griffons.

Passionate Dance
When you join the College of Flowers at 3rd level, you learn how to preform a passionate magical dance using your weapons. When you use your bardic inspiration on your turn, you can instead preform a passionate dance if you are holding a weapon with the finesse property. The passionate dance functions the same as bardic inspiration, but you can select additional targets equal to half your charisma modifier rounded down, it also grants the creatures you choose a bonus to their next attack roll equal to your dexterity modifier.
You can use this feature a limited number of times per long rest equal to your charisma modifier.
Masterclass of Finesse
Also at 3rd level, you learn to quickly correct mistakes you have made in your performance. Before you make an attack roll with a weapon that has the finesse property, a performance check or an acrobatics check, you can choose to add your dexterity modifier to the result. Once you use this feature, you must wait 1 minute before you can use it again.
You can use this feature a limited number of times per short rest equal to your dexterity modifier.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn with a weapon that has the finesse weapon property.
Danse Macabre
At 14th level, you have mastered the art of using weaponry alongside your magic and performances. When another creature uses your bardic inspiration dice result, you can add the result rolled as bonus damage to your next damage roll. When you use your action to cast a spell using your musical instrument, you can immediately swap which items and weapons you are currently holding.
The bonus to damage rolls gained from this feature can only be applied once, if another creature makes a roll using your bardic inspiration dice, you can choose to either keep the current bonus or use the new bonus.
