Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

It is said that long ago, a great warrior named Tarravax was born who had discovered a way to harden his fists like steel. He was known as a brute, using this technique to pummel and bludgeon all who stood in his path. Monks saw him as wild, untamed and unrefined, but those who truly knew him saw someone who was willing to throw aside all sense for the greater good. While this warrior's fighting style is inherited by few compared to the many monastic traditions, one better be wary when faced with this opponent. As the era of Tarravax ended, he passed this technique down to future generations. Today, tribes built on his technique have refined it to the point where it poses a bigger threat to enemies more than ever before.

Alloyed Will

3rd-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

Your will is like a nigh-unbreakable alloy. You gain proficiency in Charisma (Intimidation) and Charisma (Persuasion) checks. If you already have either proficiency, you gain proficiency in another skill of your choice. Additionally, you are unmatched in your strong arming capabilities. When you make a Charisma (Intimidation) check, you add your Strength modifier (a minimum of 1) to the roll.

Iron Fist

3rd-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

You have learned the integral part of this primal path, and are able to harden your fist like iron. You can roll a d6 in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strike. This die becomes a d8 at 6th level, a d10 at 10th level and a d12 at 14th level. Additionally, your unarmed strikes gain the additional damage from your rage.

Untamed Fury

3rd-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

Your fury lets you become wild and untamed. Your rage gives you the following additional benefits:

Pounce. When you enter a rage, you can choose a creature you can see within 10 feet of you, move to its nearest unoccupied space to you and make a single unarmed strike as part of the same action.

Strike Back. When you are hit with an attack from a creature within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to reduce your damage taken by 2d4 and make an unarmed strike towards the attacking creature. If your unarmed strike hits, you add the damage you reduced with this feature.

Rough Housing. When you take the Attack action to make an unarmed strike on your turn, you can grapple the targeted creature as a bonus action. You gain advantage on your Strength (Athletics) check when you grapple with this feature.

Ground Slam

3rd-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

You learn a special move to increase the hurt you put out on your foes. When you successfully grapple a creature, you can perform a ground slam as part of the same action. The creature takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage and is no longer grappled, instead falling prone.

The damage dealt with this feature increases to 2d4 at 6th level, 3d4 at 10th level and 4d4 at 14th level.

Steel Core

6th-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

You strengthen your core when you rage. While raging, you are resistant to acid and poison damage.

Ultimate Iron Fist

6th-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

Your unarmed strikes count as magical for the sake of overcoming resistances and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Bloodsport

6th-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

You thrive on the destruction of your foes. When you score a critical hit against a creature with an unarmed strike, you gain temporary hit points equal to the amount of damage you dealt.

Rending Fist

10th-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

You learn to empower your unarmed strikes even further. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can choose to push it back 5 feet in a straight line. Additionally, each time you do so the creature takes a -1 penalty to its Armor Class until the end of its next turn.

Let Them Have It

14th-level Path of the Iron Fist feature.

Your fist reaches the heights of its ruthlessness. While raging, you can make an additional unarmed strike when you take the Attack action against a creature that is prone, grappled, paralyzed or restrained.
